
This recipe is very simple, almost too simple to publish but I figured some people would enjoy a basic low histamine pizza which tastes like margherita. Using nomato sauce and a gluten free pizza dough you can create a lot of different low histamine pizza, which is really comforting when you feel too restricted on a low histamine diet.

Low histamine classic pizza
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 2 tsp fresh oregano
- Store-made gluten-free pizza dough
- 10 ice cubes of nomato sauce
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 500°F.

Roll the pizza dough into a thin round.

Thaw your nomato sauce in the microwave or in a saucepan over medium heat.

Spread the nomato sauce on the dough.

Add the chopped basil, oregano and mozzarella.
