This recipe is another idea to use your nomato sauce. Granted, it’s a simple meal, but it’s delicious and easy to make (provided you have frozen nomato sauce at hand). You can make this recipe with any side dish, but here I made it with GF pasta.
Low histamine turkey escalopes with nomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cup nomato sauce
- 1 lb turkey breast cut in long strips
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 8 leaves basil chopped
- olive oil
In a frying pan with olive oil, brown both sides of the turkey steaks, about 3 minutes per side.
Add nomato sauce in the pan to coat your turkey. Let simmer for 1 or 2 minutes.
Serve scattered on pasta and sprinkle with basil.
